I joined Vital People over the summer as Resourcer. I previously worked in the lettings industry and also in manufacturing, so I was able to transfer my skills into recruitment.
My job here involves finding right candidates for our clients who we are working for. I speak to many applicants during the day and enjoy helping them to start a new journey with us and our clients. I can speak five different languages, so I am able to help them in their new workplace and also clearly explain the actual role they going to do.
I am a proud dad of two boys age of 9 and 12, so most of my free time I spend with my beautiful wife, kids, and our lovely sausage dog Lilly.
