Warehouse Supervisor

Working for this industry leading company, the Warehouse Supervisor will join a busy and expanding team. The role has come about due to an increase in workload within the business, so the Warehouse Supervisor will be key to this continued success. Based within modern offices with free parking and good public transport links.

Salary £26,100

Permanent position

Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, must be flexible to work overtime and some weekends if the business requires it during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Warehouse Manager you will support the smooth operation of a fast moving environment, including:

Supervising the team to ensure that they are at all times aware of their role and responsibilities

Supporting the Warehouse Manager to organise staffing levels required to fulfil volume requirements Supervising stock checks and stock movements

Ensuring picking process is accurate, coordinating stock intake and ensuring despatch deadlines are met

Ensure work allocations relate to priorities and that vehicle departure schedules are met

Accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and record keeping

Promoting and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment to ensure operational efficiency

Skills required:

To apply for this position, you must have at least 1 year’s management experience gained within a warehouse setting and have the ability to drive and develop a successful team
