I joined Vital People back in the summer as a Resourcer, having worked in recruitment previously. My job here involves finding and engaging with candidates, telling them all about the exciting roles we have with our clients and matching them to the right jobs.
What I love about my role here at Vital People is helping all the candidates finding the best possible role for them. I love speaking to my colleagues, candidates and clients to find out what they are looking for and how I can help.
Out of the office is usually spending time with my partner and with our families. We are expecting our first child, so we have a lot of shopping to do and preparations to make for the arrival of “baby Davies” in January 2022!
