£32,000 base salary, plus car allowance – year 1 OTE £50,000

We are looking to hire an experienced, success driven and high achieving Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter who share our ambition, who is looking to take control of their career, build and grow an already successful client portfolio and take advantage of the opportunity to lead their own business unit and team.

What we’re looking for:

A proven recruitment industry track record gained within a management, account management or sales role.
The vision and ambition and desire to take advantage of the unprecedented opportunities presented to us in the current market place and the ability continually develop your client portfolio, build a successful and profitable business unit.
The ability to maximise productivity and to deliver for our clients.
The ability to manage strong client relationships and to identify sustainable new business opportunities that our sales team can help you to convert.
The determination, drive and tenacity to achieve targets and goals, whilst maintaining the highest possible service standards.
The ability to build, manage and lead a team to success – you may already have potential team members in mind that you would like to join you.
