Building Surveyor


  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Location: Kingston
  • Contract: Permanent

Hours of Work: 9:00am – 5:30pm

My client are a family run Chartered Surveyors in Kingston, currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor (with an RICS-accredited degree), preferably chartered under RICS or AssocRICS. Suitable candidates must be capable of doing building surveys and, ideally, valuation (Red Book) or project management, although this is not compulsory. The candidate must be able to conduct full building surveys on residential properties and should have some years’ experience in doing so.

My client offer a training program for candidates who have little or no experience in this area. In return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with bonuses and commission. This opportunity is a serious prospect of growth and career development for the right candidate.

You must have a car and a relatively clean driving licence.

Essential Skills:
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Chartered under RICS or AssocRICS
  • Excellent spoken and written Standard English
  • Friendly and professional attitude.
  • Must be capable of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
