Our Management Structure
Being able to get hold of someone who can help you, when you need help, has become a luxury in a world of generic helpdesks and faceless "Account Managers". All of our customers have a dedicated Vital People Supervisor, Account Manager and a direct line to our Senior Management Team, so there is always somebody help when they need it.
Absence Management
We know that one of the main frustrations among customers in our industry is their cleaner simply not attending - sometimes it can go unnoticed if your cleaning service is outside of your operating hours. Utilising a strict absence management policy, we ensure that this never happens. Our Vital People supervisory team visit at least once per month, and will be familiar with your site, so if a cover Cleaner is required they will train them up to the standards expected for your particular site. You only ever have to show us once.
Total Flexibility
Your cleaning service will be shaped to your needs, whether that is delivering cleaning outside of your operating hours so you aren't disrupted, to specialised services and support options. You're not stuck with your decision, either. If you decide that your evening cleaner would be more beneficial for you at the weekend, or in the morning, just let your Vital People contact know.

With coverage in every corner of the UK, we can scale up according to your needs. All while keeping your account management with your Vital People dedicated contact. By keeping everything in one place, with one point of contact, we cut out the hassle of having to co-ordinate with multiple contacts/suppliers. If you find yourself in a situation where you need additional support for seasonal peaks, or unexpected increases in requirements, we've got you covered.
